The Grand Old Dame of York
It wouldn’t be Christmas without a pantomime! Celebrate Berwick Kaler’s 40th year as York’s legendary Dame in The Grand Old Dame of York for a fun-filled and gag-laden show promising to thrill and entertain when you stay at our York hotel. Opening on the 13th December the show is running until the 2nd February so there’s plenty of time to experience some seasonal giggles and fight the winter blues!

Lady Betty’s Christmas Afternoon Tea
Betty’s Tea Rooms are a Yorkshire icon and we are very lucky to have a Bettys housed in the elegant and historic surroundings of Belmont Room close to our York hotel. Santa’s Sweet Adventure
‘Tis the season to eat copious amounts of chocolate so thankfully York’s Chocolate Story will be decking the tours with boughs of holly this year! Each floor will be given a festive make-over and guests will be given the opportunity play Christmas games, discover seasonal secrets and of course – meet Santa himself! This will be a fantastic family activity to entertain the kids and get them in the festive spirit when you stay at our hotel in York.
