Located just outside York city centre on the banks of the River Ouse, Rowntree Park is a beautiful park and recreational ground offering woodland walks, sports facilities, children’s play area, dog walking spots and more. Easily accessible by bike or foot along the riverside or across the Millennium Bridge, it makes for the perfect stroll from our York city centre hotel.

If you fancy venturing slightly further afield, the picturesque town of Knaresborough is full of breath-taking countryside views, cobbled streets and a magnificent viaduct to explore.
